This is an Open Letter to the Judicial Standards Commission of North Carolina

The constitutional crisis is encapsulated in this;

You file a complaint against a judge;

And, in the first instance, you submit over 300 pages of documents along with it.

All at a price.

What price?

The price is the cost of printing the material.

The price of mailing the material.

The price is the calls to the judicial standards commission.

The price is finding internet access somewhere.

How to get rid of the price?

Have a 800 number for complainants.

Have terminals available somewhere to file complaints.

Put out the information of availability everywhere.

Allow for the free copying of material to go along with a complaint. 

The constitutional crisis is this. 

It does not matter if you submit “evidence” with a complaint, because it will not be reviewed,

Considered; but it will be discarded. 

Simple evidentiary rules I would think come into play.

What?  If you submit any documents, you do not know of origin, etc; as in discovery, as in rules of evidence.  So, I would think, all documents would be discarded because of the lack of foundation.

So, what do you have left.  What you have left is the word of a consumer, against a judge, in a commission comprised mostly of judges and lawyers. 

No trial, no discovery, no hearing, no justice; due process denial. 

The first complaint was submitted with evidence.  No proper hearing.

Just mind you anyway, would you go into a hearing where 2/3 of the members are judges and lawyers. 

Is that fair, IS IT IMPARTIAL.  Hell No.  It is further DUE PROCESS AND CONSTITUTIONAL VIOLATION.  IT IS NORTH CAROLINA.

5 judges; 5 lawyers; and then just five members of the public.  Do the math.  That is not impartial.

Why, lawyers tend to have a loyalty to judges?  They all “eat at the same table”. 

All voting and decisions will be and are skewed.  It is by design of the very commission to review judges.  “Rigged” game, that is why all court rooms in North Carolina are mini government wherein the King, the Judge, does whatever the hell they want. 

Last complaint filed was filed just to see, will they call for a hearing.  Answer is NO. 

Main point is this, the complaint is and was filed to show one thing, more than one complaint filed with the same due process denial. 

The injustice is obvious.  The injustice is by design.  But Yet and Still the Judicial Standard Commission is the Vanguard of Justice.  It cannot be.  It is the solidification and codification of injustice.  A puppet court if you will.  It is institutional discrimination in North Carolina.

The complaint process should and must include a hearing to be fair and impartial.  The current design is a CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS.

An Open Letter and Reasonable Accommodations Request of SSA

The United States Social Security Administration should be the Vanguard and leader at providing reasonable accommodations and hiring the disabled.  In reality, it is 2018, and they lag behind others just as much in terms of not providing accommodations and open and competitive hiring practices to stop the discrimination against the disabled and more specifically mobility impaired.  This video is an accommodations request and open letter/request.

Dedicated to Fathers Rights Be Strong Men for Your Children

Be strong for me dad.

Be strong for me.  I took care of her since she was 7 years old. 

I wanted to help.  Mom was working two jobs.  The weekend and overnight shifts.

She placed her job in jeopardy.  She would take her child to work with her. 

She would instruct her to go home, lock the door, and call her at work, let her know she was alright.

I wanted to help.  I worked up the block.  I was the child helper. 

From 7 to about 14 years old, I raised her.  Her dad was not strong for her.  He did not want to fight her mom.  He did not want to fight his wife.  So, he was not strong.  He gave her up.  A total stranger raised her.  I raised her.  I provided the food and housing.  I provided the bed.  She provided somethings as a mom in her own way. 

He filed for custody; he was angry. She was in a homeless shelter and he did not know it.  He did not know what was happening to her.  He was not strong.  He just did not want to pay the child support. 

What happened?  Mom had mental illness.  Persecuted without no persecutors.  It was real to her, so, somethings transpired, like a brief stay in a homeless shelter. 

Our child always had the dream.  The dream her biological mom and dad would get together. 

As the years moved a long, the dream turned to another desire.  The desires and the lure of the dark side.  Cousins, aunts, uncles, grandma beckoned the call for the fast life.  The providers was not the enemy.  It was time to leave at the age of 14.5.  They left. 

Those lures was at the age of 8.  The fight of “do not have her around them” was not won.  She left and they were around them 24/7. 

So it was hard two weeks ago.  She was in my car, she reeked of smoke and weed.  I was shown the wad of weed found in her car. 

I dedicate this to a friend.  His child went wayward.  He tried to raise that child,  It was his biological child.  He is out there drinking and partying. He cannot be found.  His mother enabled him.  This sounds like a similar tale.  The strongest and best thing now is prayer. 

Prayer, why, the wayward child may return. The prodigal son may return to their senses.  Was parents, we must be ready for the return.  We must be ready for the feast. 

As dads, we need to be strong.  I say this because my kids now are turning on their mom.  It is hurtful, but they are strong because their dad is strong.  I did not given them up.  I did not abandon them.  I did not say, “Okay, here, you take them.”  No, I am there.  I pick them up when they are left at school.  I take them in when they have been rejected and tossed out.  I am strong. 

Please be strong dads.  Please be strong dad.

Como papás, necesitamos ser fuertes. Digo esto porque mis hijos ahora están recurriendo a su madre. Es hiriente, pero son fuertes porque su padre es fuerte. No los abandoné. No los abandoné. No dije, "Está bien, aquí, los tomas". No, estoy allí. Los recojo cuando los dejan en la escuela. Los recibo cuando han sido rechazados y desechados. Soy fuerte.

Por favor, sean padres fuertes. Por favor, se fuerte papá.

An Open Letter to Hephzibah and CASA

THIS WAS HAPPENING WHILE I WAS HEADING OUT OF STATE TO VISIT MY DAD WHOM ALMOST DIED/IS DYING FROM THE DEVASTATING FLU, AND, WHILE MY MOM WAS IN THE HOSPITAL AT THE SAME TIME FOR A STAY BEFORE WE LEFT TO TEND TO MY DAD. WHILE IN NY, I THOUGHT ABOUT MY FRIEND IN NC, AND KEPT CHECKING MY EMAIL FOR A RESPONSE THAT WAS NEVER RECEIVED. 

help for a suicidal friend, I wrote to seek help for a suicidal friend.  I remember the time in Universal Temple in NY where help could be asked for and received beyond "SERVICE HOURS".

Rescue the perishing,

  Care for the dying,

Snatch them in pity from sin and the grave;

  Weep o’er the erring one,

  Lift up the fallen,

Tell them of Jesus the mighty to save.

The command embedded in the praise.

Rescue the perishing,

It does not say, rescue the perishing at Hephzibah.  It does not say rescue the perishing at CASA.

It say rescue the perishing, wherever they are, wherever they are presented.

Care for the Dying.  It does not say care for the dying in Wendell.  In does not say care for the dying in Wilson. It says Care for the dying. 

Snatch them in pity from sin and the grave.  A command for action.  Do something.  Get them.

So, when an urgent request is sent.  An immediate response requested.  Help that dying soul. 

At minimum, a response should be received. 

She is dying was in the request. 

No response received.  So, you are on the highway, see a car on fire, you cannot help.  You call the fire department [the church], and, no response is received.  Wow. 

The lost sheep, on acres of land, lost and at peril, you say, that is not my farm.  That is not my compound.  I care not.  However, if the Shepherd there asks for my help, then I will help, you can. 

A call for help was made.  No response was received.  I see a sheep.  I see a wolf.  I cannot get to the sheep, can you help?  [NO RESPONSE WAS RECEIVED]

This is the foundations of the new church. 

Why does southern Baptist have so few baptisms?  Why?  You take a class for membership.  You take a class for Baptism.  But, those classes are the impediments.  No embracing.  No taking in to loving arms.  No immediate showing of love, but for a hand shake and empty words of welcome. 

This is the new church.  They are coming to Wendell you proclaim.  We have a falling away in Wilson, you say. 

Drugs, opioid epidemic, all in the news. 

Divorce rates through the roof, all well known facts. 

Teen suicide at its highest.

The rich getting richer and poor getting poorer.  No one is a homeowner anymore. 

Awesome, in the church you have Substance Abuse, Divorce Care, and Suicide Support Groups. 

[NOT SO IN THE MODERN CHURCH; THE ONLY COMMAND IS TO PRAY AND PREACH]

The call for help was made, and no response was received. 

I asked as a friend for help for a friend.

Injustice

The Hanging Court

Again, you have four witnesses. 

All testify to one thing.

The bus was speeding.

The bus was on the wrong side of the road. 

The bus hit the dog.

The bus kept on going.

It was a yellow school bus.

It was a Wake County School bus.

Dad of the two kids, grandma, and the dog owner sue WCPSS.

The driver was white.

The driver was allowed to keep driving, without penalty from the school.

The driver had children on the bus. 

The children included minor elementary school kids.

The children were witnesses. 

This was grandma, and two minor children, walking the dog early in the morning before school.

They were almost killed.

The dog is a family dog, given to grandma, but ownership still is retained by her son, the uncle of the two minor children. 

The bus is never impounded for forensic evidence.

The matter was reported instantly to law enforcement.

Law enforcement does nothing but advises to get the severely injured dog to the vet.

After years of medical treatment, the bill is about $10,000.00.

Second scenario. 

AAAD transportation driver, drives handicapped children to school.

One child is very large in a wheelchair, and, it is known his wheelchair tips when turning.

A previous driver complained of the circumstances.

A previous driver was hurt trying to right the wheelchair.

The wheelchair tips, minutes from school

The wheelchair cannot be righted.

The driver is Hispanic

The driver seeks help at the school to right the chair.

The driver is a mile and a half from the school.

The student is uninjured and continues the rest of the day at school.

The driver gets fired, under advice of WCPSS.

Do you think this is equitable?

Continuing,

The first case goes before a court. 

The judge says, you can help get compensation for your kids.

You can help argue the case as next friend. 

Since you have no money, and, the kids have no money, and grandma has no money (after inquiry in the courtroom, if I remember correctly), you can move the case forward for free.

The dog owner has some financial resources.

The judge considers the case as one, although technically they should be three. 

The subject matter is the same in all three cases. 

Following some discovery, it was found that the driver knew he hit the dog.

The driver reported the incident to school officials, WCPSS.

WCPSS did not recommend he stop the rest of his route. 

WCPSS did not recommend he return to the scene of the hit and run.

WCPSS did not impound the bus. 

WCPSS did not have the driver return to render assistance. 

The driver was on the phone with WCPSS around the corner within minutes reporting the incident.

The Cock Fight

The court room is transformed into a cock fight with the assignment of a new judge. 

New definition of the term adversarial court system is injected.

Justice is not a principal to be cultivated by the new judge.

Justice is not a principal to be cultivated by the attorneys assigned to the case.

All the attorneys are government employees or officers of the court.

All the attorneys made oaths to uphold the North Carolina Constitution and the US Constitution. 

The judge/Commission is bound by the same type of oath. 

Would you think the judge would recommend charges against the bus driver?

Would you think the judge would recommend charges against the WCPSS whom covered the accident?

Would you think the attorneys would recognize the criminality of the defendant bus driver and WCPSS and agree to just compensate the victims?

No, it is a cock fight. Justice is left outside of the courtroom.  Justice is only whom can win the court battle.  The court battle is not about justice, but, whom can debate the best. 

It is a fixed poker game where the dealer knows a player is cheating and is okay with him winning the game.

The attorneys argue and use technical jargon.  They just want to win.  They want to defend the driver and WCPSS at all cost. 

It is a hanging court.

The new judge/commissioner says, you cannot defend the interest of your children.

The new judge says the cases are not one and have to be tried as separate cases. 

The new judge withholds a ruling on whom has to pay. 

The new judge intentionally withholds rulings on plaintiff motions. 

Discovery is part of all cases.

As part of the game and technicalities, the government attorneys and employees withhold essential information for the case.

They intentionally delay the case.

You move that they be sanctioned. 

Delays in the case cause the cause to be weakened.

That is a tactic by the government attorneys.

The witnesses moves one, the kids in the school.

The driver moves on. 

All things change with time making the case harder to try.

The dog dies.

What would you do?

What do you consider to be justice?

Is it okay for a citizen to commit a hit and run?

Is it okay for a citizen to drive recklessly with children in the vehicle?

Is it okay for a citizen to destroy evidence?

Is it okay for a citizen to withhold evidence?

Is it okay for a citizen to delay and obstruct a case?

Then, ask, can the government do all of the preceding, and, is that okay?

Can the courtroom be reduced to just “Whom can argue the best and use technicalities?”

Is the courtroom a cock fight arena?

Is justice to be meted out unequally?

Can two judges/commissioners come out with drastically difference rulings and conduct?

Is there a judicial standard?

Is there an attorney standard?

Those are essential questions for the federal court, and North Carolina State Bar Association, and the Judicial Standards Commission to ask.

Do we still live in Jim Crow Era?

Is justice only for a certain group?

Is justice only for a certain skin tone?

Do we have hanging courts?  Just hang them all, I say?

Yes, me too.  I have been harassed by somebody.  I do not know who to accuse, so I will accuse everyone.

That is the pack mentality.
